D. A. Kamat

CS D. A. Kamat is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a Masters in Commerce and is a Bachelor in Law from the Mumbai University. He has over 34 years of experience in the field of corporate, accounting and legal laws. He has served on various listed companies in various managerial and professional positions, prior to starting the firm in 2002. He has also served as a SEBI appointed Arbitrator for the Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange, United Stock Exchange and MCX for over 6 years. He is a registered Peer Reviewer with the Institute.

Currently he is a member on the External Expert Committee of Suspected Shell Companies constituted by the BSE.
